Traditional advertising reaches many people, but often not those who are truly interested in an offer. Especially specific communities with a Turkish, Arabic, or Kurdish background often remain invisible to advertising companies. This is precisely where PANO TV closes a gap. Digital advertising spaces are brought precisely to where cultural identity is lived: in mosques, supermarkets, and cultural associations. The mission has started: PANO TV is online and finally makes target group communication possible where it previously did not exist.
Why was PANO TV founded?
Many brands invest a lot of money in advertising, yet they do not reach everyone. Especially communities with a Turkish, Arabic, or Kurdish background are often missed by traditional outdoor advertising. The daily lives of these groups take place in locations not found in traditional media plans: in mosques, cultural associations, barbershops, local supermarkets, and cafés.
Precisely these “community hot spots” remain invisible to marketing, even though millions of potential customers are present here daily. PANO TV was created to close this gap. Ethnomarketing should be placed where it is effective: at eye level, directly on-site, and with respect for cultural values.
This is the mission behind the new offering
Ethnomarketing should not address people indirectly, but directly and within their living environment. They should recognize themselves in the language and feel that their culture is respected and understood. That is precisely why PANO TV focuses on the locations that hold social significance for Muslim-influenced communities. These places stand for trust, proximity, and cultural identity. Advertising messages visible here are not just casually noticed, but consciously registered.
These are the central guiding principles of the mission:
- Digital presence where people truly are
- Attention at the right moment – while shopping, waiting, or within the community
- Cultural closeness instead of broad mass communication
- Targeted reach without wasted coverage
- Respectful communication in a familiar environment
Through this mission, advertising becomes a relevant part of everyday life and not just another signal amidst a massive media noise.
PANO TV as a leading platform for ethnomarketing
At least, that is the grand vision for the future. PANO TV aims to develop into a leading platform for ethnomarketing in Germany through its expertise and commitment. Instead of anonymous spaces at street intersections, visible bridges between companies and communities are to continuously grow.
Today, there are already well over 20 locations in the greater Berlin area. In the future, a network of many hundreds of locations is to be established, which will more strongly connect economic interests on one side and social reality on the other. The partner locations gain appreciation and generate additional income, while advertisers reach the people they truly want to reach. Ethnomarketing is thus no longer considered a niche, but becomes an integral component of contemporary brand communication.

What makes PANO TV so unique?
In the traditional advertising world, there is hardly any access to the mentioned community locations. PANO TV installs screens in precisely these locations, on which high-quality digital advertising is displayed. In these spaces, services and offers have mostly been personally recommended until now. Through these screens, companies gain a place within this environment and thus authentic access to this target group.
Technically, these measures are implemented at a high level. All advertising content is centrally controlled, displayed by arrangement, and uniformly managed throughout Germany. The messages can be perceived very impressively on the high-resolution displays. Companies can tailor their entry into this form of advertising to suit their budget. Even with a small budget, companies can join PANO TV, test it, and flexibly scale their advertising.
Even small brands thus benefit from their communication receiving the necessary attention and no longer wasting budgets on mass outreach.
What does advertising on PANO TV cost?
PANO TV has developed a transparent pricing model without hidden fees and without long-term contractual obligations. Companies can start with a small budget and flexibly expand the offering later as desired.
Overview of Terms:
- €120 net per month and per location – fixed base price
- 12-second spot duration for clear messaging
- Visible at least every 6 minutes – around 10 plays per hour, over 100 per day
- Minimum duration of just one month – risk-free to test
- No minimum number of locations required
- Optional spot production: €199 net one-time fee
Depending on the campaign goal, customers can increase visibility, for example, with 36 seconds or 120 seconds per hour.
Which types of content can be displayed?
PANO TV’s displays are designed for visual advertising content and support three formats:
- Video: MP4
- Animated slides: JPG / PNG
- Orientation: Landscape (16:9)
Thanks to central control, they can always be kept up-to-date. Therefore, this advertising format is also ideal for seasonal offers or local promotions.
Where is PANO TV already visible?
The first digital advertising displays are already installed at selected community locations in Berlin. They are located where many people with a clear cultural connection gather. Each display placement is chosen very deliberately. The most important criterion is not the available space, but the relevance to the target group. The messages should be shown precisely when people are receptive to this information – upon arrival, during breaks, in exchange.
Further expansion is now strategically taking place in metropolitan areas where ethnic communities shape the urban landscape. Each new installation represents a step towards an advertising landscape that realistically reflects social diversity.
